1. Introduction

This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA). It describes how the public may request information held by Gimme Money (Pty) Ltd.

3. Guide to Requesting Information

The PAIA Guide from the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) is available at www.sahrc.org.za.

4. Records Available

• Company registration documents
• Loan agreements and policies
• Financial and compliance records
• Employee and HR information (subject to POPIA)
• Marketing and business strategies (confidential)

5. Access Requests

To request information, complete Form C (PAIA) and submit to the Information Officer with the prescribed fee.

6. Grounds for Refusal

Requests may be refused if disclosure would:

• Breach privacy of a third party,
• Reveal confidential business information,
• Endanger security or violate legal privilege.
